To become a member of CACHE please complete the following (NOTE:  You will need a pdf viewer to see the forms.  If you do not have one you can find one by clicking here):

1. 1. Read the Membership Guidelines
   2. Our membership runs from August to July, it is not prorated.
   3. Print and complete the CACHE membership form.
   4. If you will have a student driving to CACHE classes and/or activities, please also fill out the Student Driver Waiver.
   5.  Submit the forms and membership fee to:
